Inviting friends, patrons and stewards of humanity, our Founder's Circle invitation is sent to select individuals whose own life has supported a new way of living. The Founder's Circle consists of inventors, philanthropists and investors who support the call for a new way of living. The Founder's Circle is a global circle of people who will periodically convene at the Ranch, create projects for this undertaking on their own and support our network of organizations:

World Associates is a California corporation. A holding company for the company that owns Yellow Hills Ranch, World Associates manages the real estate projects of the Land Cooperative and supports various technology development efforts associated with this undertaking.  

Foundation for Humanity is a 501 (C) 3 non-profit corporation providing Earth Whisper Training, land regeneration solutions, eco-tours of the land and support to diverse global communities seeking to create a new way of living.   The Foundation is creating an alliance of architects, artists, inventors, NGOs, co-ops, permaculture farms, spiritual networks, sustainable communities, eco-villages, and forward-thinking individuals, organizations and communities pioneering a new human-Earth accord.
